Research On The CNC Bench Based On Motion Control Card

With the continuous development of numerical control technology, open CNC system has become the forefront of the manufacturing industry representatives. Open CNC system is a flexible, scalable, modular architecture, this structure can provide the user with more secondary development of space to meet the diverse needs of the market constantly. CNC system development trend of increasingly open to basic quality CNC technicians practice, innovation has put forward higher requirements. In this paper, based on the status quo in schools CNC technology personnel training and actual production of touch, a set of numerical control technology for vocational colleges teaching experiment, the secondary development of NC teaching system is researched and developed, combined with the basic principles of numerical control systems.This paper analyzes the development of modern CNC systems, explains the necessity of open CNC system developed experimental teaching platform. Secondly, this paper, with the principle of open CNC system constructed framework bench, determines the PC as the host computer, motion controller for the next crew of master-slave structure scheme; and further motion control card, servo system other hardware structures are analyzed to select. Then for the school teaching features to Windows XP operating system platform, object-oriented modular programming ideas, combined with dynamic link library of motion control card in the Visual C ++ 6.0 programming environment, this paper will complete human-computer interaction interface, programming code processing, research and development trajectory simulation and other parts processing function module. Finally, through some numerical experiments, the feasibility of the development platform functionality is verified; and combining the development trend of CNC system, this article proposes some prospect of teaching bench.
