The effect of different molecular sieve catalysts to the disproportionate reaction had been studied in thispaper.Selecting the oilfield light hydrocarbons as materials, the appraisal of the catalyst has been carried on inthe 2ml continuous flow fixed-bed installment. First of all, selecting Zn, Fe and Cr as the metal activeconstituent, selecting the nanometer ZSM-5 made in the NanJing refinery as the Carder, it has been preparedlight hydrocarbon disproportionate catalyst. The effects of different varietied metal and their content tocatalysts performance had been studied in this paper in turns. The effects of the compositions of feed andreaction temperature to the catalysts performance were investigated too. The experiment results showed thatthe activities of the catalysts will increase with the content of metal (except Fe)growing, and then it willreduce, there exists an optimum value. Different metal activities compositions can highly affect the catalystsreaction abilities.When the amount of loaded content is 1.5%, the yield of aromatic hydrocarbon areZn>Fe>Cr, yield of LPG are Fe>Zn>Cr.So we choose Zn as the metal active content.Becausedisproportionate reaction is a strongly endothermal reaction,the high reaction temperature are good for thedisproportionate reaction carrying on. But when the temperature is too high, the side reaction will occur. Sothere exists an optimum reaction temperature.,the composition of feed is very great to the catalystsperformance. When the composition of feed are light hydrocarbon, the reaction temperature is 550℃,thecatalysts can get the optimum performance. Arene yield can get to 49%.According to the experiment results, loaded 1.5% contents of Zn/HZSM-5 is optimum forproducinggasoline and LPG. the reaction temperature is 550℃, the composition of feed are light hydrocarbons.
