Research On Simulation Of Leakage Accident Of Liquefied Hydrocarbon And Emergency Material Matching

With the rapid development of petrochemical industry,the number and scale of spherical tanks cotaining liquefied hydrocarbon,which is an important intermediate,is continuously increasing.Liquefied hydrocarbon is flammable and explosive,so it is easy to cause catastrophic accidents such as fire and explosion after leakage,resulting in serious accident consequences.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the safe and stable operation of enterprises to explore the law of leakage and diffusion of liquefied hydrocarbon with numerical simulation method,which could provide theoretical basis for emergency rescue of tank leakage accidents.(1)On the basis of collecting and statistics of leakage accidents of liquefied hydrocarbon,this paper summarizes the common failure parts and main failure reasons of liquefied hydrocarbons spherical tanks.Combined with the physical and chemical properties and storage mode of liquefied hydrocarbon,the leakage and diffusion mechanism of liquefied hydrocarbon and the factors that may affect the leakage and diffusion process are analyzed.(2)Taking the liquefied hydrocarbon tank of a petrochemical enterprise as the research object,Fluent is used to simulate the diffusion law of liquefied hydrocarbon gas cloud,and analyzes the influence of temperature,wind direction,wind speed on the diffusion range of liquefied hydrocarbon.(3)The concentration of liquefied hydrocarbon around hazardous equipments under different simulation conditions are collected as training samples,and BP neural network prediction model is established to realize the function of fast and accurate prediction of concentration change of combustible gas around hazardous equipments after tank leakage accidents.(4)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of emergency materials matching problem of tank leakage accidents,a complete emergency materials matching scheme is formed by using case-based reasoning technology to solve the emergency materials matching problem of tank leakage accidents.
