| Digitizing is the theme of digital printing technology in today’s development, it has throughout the entire printing process, digital printing is the future direction of development of the printing industry. With modern information and network technology, and digital publishing industry continues to develop, the advantages and broad market prospects of print on-demand and variable information printing to attract more and more traditional printing companies involved in digital printing field. Therefore, the depth study of digital printing related technology has a very important practical significance and engineering applications.In this paper, Seen digital images screening technology of digital printing as key, to the error diffusion algorithm and embedded printing system as the main object for the study, the first in-depth and all-around to introduce the basic theory and research status of the digital screening technology; Then focus on the error diffusion method, analysis the main factors of impact on error diffusion algorithm and the basic principle, for conventional error diffusion algorithm is applied to the printing system, due to the dot gain resulting printout halftone image generated serious artificial textures, propose a new Point gathering error diffusion algorithm; final design the embedded print control system, and get this new algorithm apply to the printing control system, achieve the function of printing images. The work done by this article cotents:1. Study the basic principles of the digital screening technology, the current research status at home or abroad as well as shortcomings.2. Analyze some the basic theories of digital screening technology, including the mian method of digital screening technology, the human visual system, dot gain and screening image quality assessment. 3. After analysis the method of the digital screening, seen the error diffusion algorithm as the main object, analyzes the basic principle of the error diffusion algorithm, factors, and for the dot gain when the error diffusion algorithm is applied to the printing system, proposed a new error diffusion algorithm, the error diffusion algorithm is mainly based on the error filter and threshold.4. Design an embedded print control system, described in detail the design process of embedded printing system, including hardware platform structures, the establishment of software development environment, graphical user interface design as well as the proposed new design program, and compared the results about other algorithms and proposed new algorithm. |
