| Recently, shape memory polymer used as a new kind of fixing material received more and more attention. Shape memory polymer can be softened at the temperature 20℃above Tg and be stiffened below Tg. It can be used to fix limb repeat. This new kind of fixing material include PU, PCL, TPI which have some defaults for example the high price, the difficulty in fabrication, the weakness mechanical strength and so on. Especially the anti-bacterial property as fixing material hadn't been developed, so the research on it is very prestigious.This paper tries to find out a kind of cheap polymer materials that have better mechanics properties and anti-bacterial property. It is based on PVC/MBS/PCL blending materials in which added some nano-CaCO3 and nano-TiO2. It studies on the performance of this material and analyzes effects of nano-particles content, coupling agent content and hyper dispersion agent content by the character of shape-memory, mechanical test, anti-bacterial test and other test. The following results are obtained:1. Nano-CaCO3 had been modified by organics. After modified by titanate coupling agent, nano-TiO2 connected well with coupling agent and the interface became faintness. The lipophilicity of nano-TiO2 was improved a lot.2. The impact strength of PVC composites improved a lot after added nano-CaCO3 and nano-TiO2. The best content is 5phr with the impact strength increased 27.3% and the tensile strength also increased a little. After modified by coupling agent or added hyper dispersion agent, the impact strength got a further improvement.3. After modified by coupling agent or added hyper dispersion agent, nano-CaCO3 and nano-TiO2 achieved nano-size dispersion. The adding of nano-particle, coupling agent and hyper dispersion agent decreases the creep property then improve the stability of shape fixing. Nano-particles had a positive affection on thermal- stability of the composites.4. With the increase of nano-particles, the shape fixation rate and shape recover rate decreased to 94%. After modified by coupling agent or added hyper dispersion agent, the shape fixation rate recovered again but the shape recover rate didn't change a lot.5. With the increase of nano-particles, the shape recover speed fastened. With the increase of shape memory circle times, shape memory property descended. Shape fix rate fell fast in 2 hour and get stability after 12 hours. Comparing with the matrix, the shape fix rate of nano-particle composites were more stable.6. The shape memory composites adding silver antibiosis powder had a good anti-bacterial rate 87.60 % . The anti-bacterial rate of TiO2 compounding composites only achieve a half of silver antibiosis powder compounding composites. In the shape memory composites adding Ag/ TiO2 antibiosis powder, the anti-bacterial rate didn't increased by adulterating Ag.The result of this paper provided good reference to application of nano-particle compounding shape memory polymers anti-bacterial production. |
