Looks At Setting Up Ecology Technology View From The Ecological Environment Problem

The resources and the environment are the basic conditions that the human beings depend on to survive, multiply and develop, but the problems about the resources shortness, the environmental pollution and the ecological equilibrium that are destoried are never so prominent like today. The severe ecoligical environment problem not only becomes aglobal one but also presents the new characteristic of a bigger destructiveness, slowing, long-enduring and so on, along with the advancing in technology and the society day by day. It becomes the important restrictive element to the global economic and society development, and poses the enormous threat to humanity's survival and the development.Ecological environment problem catches western society's widespread attention in 20th century 60's environment movements. The construction of our country economic has obtained the achievement which attracts world wide attention since the reform and open policy, however these achievements that are obtained are taking sacrifice the huge ecological environment benefit as the price. The contradiction of the development and the population, the resources, the environment, is more and more prominent, therefore, the ecological environment problem similarly becomes a major problem which our country urgently awaits to be solved.This article bases on technological philosophy which is cross-subject, adopts the method of studying documents and facts and the method of studying the logic and the history. It analyses the present situation of the current ecological environment problem on the base of history summarization about the ecological environment problem ,and seeks the reason about its production from the technoical view . The author analyses the relations sustainable development view and ecology technology view even the relations about science development view with it ,thinks sustainable development view and science development as the society developmental strategy choice of our country that steer our country technical idea and the technical practice; thinks ecology technology view provides the technical support for our country sustainable development view and science development view putting into effect; thinks setting up it in our country can accerlerate alleviation of ecological environment problem ,be helpful for harmony about human and nature,make our country technology to the ecology direction developing, and accerlerate the advancement of our country's socialism modernization; discusses the essential way of setting up ecology technology view in our country.This article is divided five chapters. The first chapter, the ecological environment problem that human society faces: It provides the implication of the ecological environment problem, analyses the history and the present situation environment question .The second chapter, the production and essence of ecological environment problem: it explains that the ecological environment question is humanity's and also is the barrier to the human society survival and development through three sections about "the production of ecological environment problem", "the essential of ecological environment problem " and " the social culture origin of ecological environment problem". The third chapter, the historical function and limitation of tradition technology view :it explains the production and implication of tradition technology view;analyses historical function of tradition technology view and limitation of tradition technology view. The fourth chapter, the inevitability of setting up ecology technology view: it discusses implication and characteristic of ecology technology view; explains the realistic foundation and theory premise with its production; shows that ecology technology is received from developing the useful and discarding the useless of industry technology view from four aspects about the value, the technical rationality, essential view and the sustainable ;analyses the correlation between ecology technology view and two societies development view to help people straighten out the relations of technical view and the society development view; discusses setting up ecology technology view to our country practical significance.
