With the development of human society,our harmful behaviour increases more and more natural disasters, which bring unvaluable loses. Thus we must face this serious problem, analyze the reason, search for solution in order to establish harmony.The paper concludes with the following three parts by means of theoretical and practical analysis ,discuss the topic in three parts.Firstly, illustrates the negative effect of natural disaster. Explain and contrasts natural and human behaviour disaster.Secongdly,analyzes the influence of human behaviour on natural disasters, describing physical, sychological, social elements of human being.Thirdly, analyzes how to insist on society development , adjust human being and natural .The paper aims to enhance the cultural quality, strengthen propaganda and education and pass emergency laws and overall study in the natural disaster .In conclusion,based on the practical social environment ,our purpose on reducing or terminating natural disasters arised by human beings is unvaluable, we must prevent the trouble from human behaviour,manage to adjust human behaviour.
