The Entironment Construction And Diplomacy

At present, environmental diplomacy has become a newly developed and active working field which has the characteristic of environlnent and diplomacy. Environment diplomacy is the actions to moderate the international environrnental through peaceful method like negotiation by nations and other diplomatic principal parts. It is also the important measure to carry out the environmental policy, guard the benefits and rights of environment as well as to enhance the economy and environmental development. Establishing good environment can realize the sustainable development of economy, social and science. On the other hand, there is an tight connection between environment and environmental diplomacy. It is the aim of every country to realize a good inter-action betwveen them.The developed countries devote themselves to international environmental diplomacy and carry on active environmental policy. China has been engaged in each kind of environmental actions and made great contribution to international environmental protection. Meanwhile, capital, technology and management experience made great foreign aid for the sustainable development of China.This article did the research on the interaction and restrain between environmental construction and diplomacy. It reviewed the history of China's environmental policy and the status and effects in the international diplomacy. It also discussed the achievements of main countries' environmental policy as well as analysis the problems and challenges faced by China's environment. The article made important discovery on the status of China's environmental diplomacy to realize the good interaction between environmental construction and environmental diplomacy.
