Such as the Jianwei tablets, Kuiyangkeli, Yangfeiwan, Baoyuanwan are the traditional medicine,the curative effect is accurate,the clinical practice is widespread. But since many years ago,to its intrinsic quality research,still relatively became behind. Lacking the modern standard of quality and the science pharmacology and the clinical basis,so it is unable us to enter the international market. Therefore,the modern analysis theory and the method,in the original foundation of quality standard,establish a advanced,science quality assurance system,promotes development for our country native medicine enterprise.1.This paper studies the quality control in medicine such as Jianwei tablets, Kuiyangkeli, Yangfeiwan, Baoyuanwan. so as to investigate the problems and the development of the quality standard for traditional Chinese medicine.2.we establish the quality control system on Jianwei tablets, Kuiyangkeli, Yangfeiwan, Baoyuanwan.The method of Micro-distinction and TLC are established in Jianwei tablets, Kuiyangkeli, Yangfeiwan, Baoyuanwan. A HPLC method of determination the main components in Jianwei tablets are established, and the contents of the three batches from different pharmaceutical companies were determined. Besides,the sample of different batches were determine.3.It can pick out the main components of medicinen by Micro distinction and TLC . the methodology inspection result is satisfied. Uses the HPLC, the principal constituent in stipulation density scope, the linearity relation of density and peak area are good (n=6), the average returns-ratio of samples to be good, RSD in 2%, (n=6).4.The quality standard of Jianwei tablets in China has become backward. It should be increased the determination of the mian components of medicine and the TLC and the method of micro distinction for the overall quality control of the traditional medicine.
