Studies On Weiyan Kang Capsule's Standard Quality And It's Stability

This thesis establish a HPLC method for the determination of content of weiyan kang Capsule. Method: Determine the content of Paeoniflorin by HPLC. The condition of chromatogram and system suit test: with C18 column ( 4.6×150mm, 5μm ) ,the mobile phase was methanol-0.02mol/L Potassium Phosphate Monobasic(25∶7 5) at the flow rate 1mL·min-1, with UV detection at was 230nm.The column temperature was 35℃, Plates shoμldn't be under 2000 according to Paeoniflorin.The method of determine:Respectively accurately draw contrast solution 10μl and sample solution 10μl, inject HPLC instrument, determine, it's all right. Resμlts: Liner test: The regression equation is Y= 786.69329X-0.139248 r=1.00000(n=5),as a resμlt declare: Diosgenin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.058848μg-1.17696μg.Accuration test: with RSD of 0.3%, as a resμlt declare:The instrument possess better accuration. Reappear test: with RSD of 0.06%, as a resμlt declare: The method's reappear is good. Stable test: with RSD of 0.6%, as a resμlt declare: the properties of diosgenin is stable in twenty four hours. Recovery test: The average recovery is 99.7%, RSD=0.14%,(n=6).Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, reliable, It can be used for the quality control of weiyan kang Capsμle.
