| The study on environmental influence assessment of land use planning has become a new and an advanced field in China since the Law of Environment implemented from September 2003 and the modification of land use planning started in China in 2003.The study on environmental influence assessment of land use planning abroad, which was just developed in the last ten years, and its theory and method is immature, just as in our country now. Need studying on it in a deep going way in the practice. The research of environmental impact assessment of county level land use planning in karst mountain area is not related that in the homeland. So it is meaningful, whatever in the theory or in the practice, to do the systemic and all-around research on the environmental impact assessment of county level land use planning in karst mountain area.On the base of studying on the necessity and significance of environmental impact assessment of land use planning, analyze the theory and methods of environmental impact assessment of land use planning. The main content as follows:(1)The basic theories of environmental impact assessment of land use planning, includes the content, process, principle of Index system, structure of Index system and public participation.(2)Analyzing the Environment effects of different land use types, Includes the environment effects of fanning land, building land and having not made use of land.(3) Analyzing the Environment characteristic in karst mountain area, includes the geology and geography, hydrology and climate, and humanity society.(4) Analyzing and evaluation the planning scheme of Qianxi County. |
