| The integration of information technology and teaching of various curriculums has become a starting point for the new round curriculum reform and teaching reform. This paper is guided by the advanced theory and taking the latest chemical curriculum standard and characteristics of information technology and chemical curriculum as a basis. The explored software for chemical teaching about"materials quality and authenticate"has been designed and developed in this paper. This software as its name, operating unrestricted, and the mechanism of chemical experiment has been incarnated by intelligentized method. On all accounts, the learner can study by scientific,reasonable and explored ways using this software.This paper consists of three main parts, each part of the main elements are as follows:The first part: The developmental status of computer-assisted instruction for chemistry and the summarize about explored chemical software for teaching. Firstly, the status and the developmental history has been analysed about computer-assisted instruction for chemistry; the predominance and problem in the chemical education is also. Whereafter, the reform of educational ideology in the phase of basic education and the request of chemical curriculum to information technology have been illuminated . Finally, the characteristics and behavior of explored software for chemical teaching has been discussed.The second part: The design and development of explored software for chemical teaching about"materials quality and authenticate". This is the most important part in this paper. The chemical knowledge about"materials quality and authenticate", the choice of operated system about explored software for chemical teaching, the characteristics of explored software for chemical teaching, the means about incarnating of intelligentize and interaction in technology, the exterior and logistic structure , and the arithmetic of the software have been illuminated in this part.The third part: Introduction and the strategy of using for the explored software for chemical teaching about"materials quality and authenticate". The interface and the major function of this software have been presented.
