This thesis tries to inquiry into brand marketing problem in the development of Chinese pharmaceutical, and look for the way about how to make good brand market in the future .This text commences from the marketing strategy of "create the first medicine brand of diabetes treating" of Wanhui double-crane pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. combining the marketing knowledge, analyzing the predicament that the Chinese pharmaceutical company faces together with Wanhui double. First, most companies still have no brand view of science system; The next, the phenomenon of no diversity on the market are very serious; Again, the malignant price war of the drugs also lowered the profits that the enterprise evolve; At the same time, have no completely decision mechanism of control the exploitation information, the product combination also did not carry on the scientific programming. Wanhui double-crane carried on the fixed position to the marketing mode afresh in the process of draw up the strategy, and built up the competition product trend diagram and also built up the disease treating model, the product sieving model, the product position model etc.. The pharmaceutical enterprise can draw lessons from it and make use. Setting up the real brand view, make strategy on the information analysis , thus strengthening the core competition ability in the marketing, are very important to the enterprises in realistic meaning. Using the brand marketing theories, the product combination theories, the competition analysis theories, the product life cycle theories, analyzing the existent problem, try to find the marketing way that Chinese pharmaceutical company should choose in the future.
