A plant Chinese tradition medicine industry is an important part in the medicine industry and is a special industry in the national economy, relating to the national health system and the development of economy, being the international competitive industry which possessing more foreground of the development with high technique,high investment,high profit,high risk and with the high rate of profit. Due to low level and repetition establishment of the enterprises of the Chinese traditional medicine and the health care in China and the serious actuality of trend towards same about the variety of the Chinese traditional medicine and health care products, leading to the malignant competitions of Chinese medicine enterprises, although the Chinese government has come on a series of the macro-control steps, if wanting to standard the medicine market and developing it commendably, the medicine enterprises in China must innovate continually, improving the management and go the road of order competition.The dissertation, based on the background of XuZhou Deller New Technique Company (abbreviated as "XZ Deller Company "), adopts demonstration research method and collects a lot of information by investigation & research, integrating the theories of marketing management with the operation of enterprises, analyzing and researching particularly for XZ deller Company about his internal circumstance, external circumstance, SWOT and so on to find the problems of management of operation. Furthermore, concerning the problems mentioned above, from the actuality of development of medicine in China along with development trends of future, integrating the current circumstances of world medicine industry with the characteristics of market, the corporation brings forward products tactics such as marketing combination, quality management as well as brand management and so on; Next, on the aspects of sales channels and promotions, to put forward the choice and appreciation of channels, integration management, advertisement tactics and CIS(Corporation Identity System),and then expatiates on the XZ deller Company's effective marketing tactics and implementation proposal based on the development of company and faced with the challenge of competitors.In the end of dissertation, to make the implementation suggestions for XZ deller company that include conversion of marketing ideas, operation method of"customer satisfaction", cultivating faithful customers, perfect of logistics system, management of enhancing marketing team, integrating marketing organization of establishing the center of customers and marketing to supply references for XuZhou Deller New Technique Company.
