Plant is the leading actor of park and garden construction of the city. With the development of China's urbanization, the demand for the function of garden gradually changed . Formly, people seeked after artistic effect simply and now placed equal stress on art and ecology, emphasizing the ecological effect while going after artistic effect. Garden plant have more or less kill and resisted abiliy to microorganism. This will be of positive significance to improve the ecological environment and city landscaping. This paper studied on the chemical composition of the volatile substance of the plant , its resisted ability to the microorganism(Escherichia coli,Staphylocous aureus,Staphy lococcus cremoris,Bacillus subtilis,Shigella dysenteriae,Canadida albicans) and the effect enhancement to ecology.Prophase: By using the methods of round filter paper ,the disinfection of volatile secretion of 20 plants and their application to decreasing the micoroorganism (Escherichia coli,Shigella dysenteriae,Bacillus subtilis, Canadida albicans,Staphy lococcus cremoris Staphylocous aureus) had been studied in this paper .The resulats showed that the volatile secretion of mostly test plants had disinfectant effects, besidesPrunusspp.serrulata,Micheliachapensis,Acerpalmatum cv. Atropuceum,Parakmeria lotungensis,Keteleeria clavudiana.Among all the test plants , Liquidambur Forsanac and Cinamomum camphora had more remarkable and more complete ability to inhibit the bacterium.Metaphase: The volatile gas of twenty kinds of common gardening plants were collected by using the live-body sample method, its ingredients were mensured using GC/MS, then the bacteriostasis function were researched. Furthermore, hygienical substances ingredient proportion between the different trees was measured.According to the result, the bacteriostasis chemical composition which the experiment finally determined includes:m-hydroxybenzoic acid, methyl salicylate, catechol, acetic acid, acetaldehyde, acrylic acid, diethyl sulphide, camphanone-2,borneol-2. The volatile substance of Ginkgo biloba, Cinnamomum camphora and Liquidambar formosana contained a relatively large component of bactericidal substance. All of the 20 garden plants volatilized aldehyde and acetic acid . Phenol and acid are the main volatile substance of most plants. The result will be of positive significance to choice the garden plants and fully display the function of city landscaping. This experiment provides scientific basis for constructing healthy ecological greenland.Anaphase: By using the methods of the bacteriostatic ring and minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC), the bacteriostatic ability to the bacterias was tested. The results showed that Camphanone-2 exhibited the strongest and most-general antifungal activity. Methyl salicylate just exhibit low antifungal activity against Staphylocous aureus and Escherichia coli. Acrylic acid,camphanone-2 and catechol display excellent antifungal activities against Staphylocous aureus and Canadida albicans, respectively, and can availably restrain these microorganism reproducing, when the antioxidants concentration is 0.156×10-3 mg·L-1.On the base of the experiment, every ingredient can inhibit certain bacteria and fungus. This trait can be applied to medical treatment and food antiseptic. Studying the plants with bactericidal function can provide instruction to develope new botanical fungicides, meanwhile, it is of positive significance to realize the create of pesticides. From the point of view of environmental ecology, at some deliver district more by the epidemic disease of air dissemination, especially in the area of spreading respiratory disease, growing more plants, which has stronger antifungal activity to the bacterias , is of great practical significanc to control the disease.
