Infants and young children play toys by breathing,licking and skin contact behaviors,and some of the toxic and harmful substances easily get into the body.In this paper,we investigated(1)Electrochemical Determination of Bisphenol A in Children's Toys by CBNPs/IL/DTAB Modified Carbon Electrode.(2)Detection of Estrogenic Substances in Children's Toys by GC-MS/MS with Novel Silanization Reagent;(3)Determination of preservatives in foundry clay by High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.And this research provides a certain amount of datas and information for the safety evaluation,standard and children's health protection of toys.?.Electrochemical Determination of Bisphenol A in Children's Toys by CBNPs/IL/DTAB Modified Carbon Electrode.In the detection of bisphenol A in children's toys,a rapid,sensitive and miniaturized electrochemical analysis method was used.Among them,carbon black nanoparticles have many advantages as modified electrode materials,such as cheap price,good electrical conductivity,strong adsorption capacity.The ionic liquid,also known as "green solvent",have lots of advantages s uch as chemical and thermal stability,low flammability,high ionic conductivity and wide electrochemical window.The introduction of ionic liquids into nanomaterials can combine their superior properties to improve their performances in electrochemistry and in sensors.?.Detection of Estrogenic Substances in Children's Toys by GC-MS/MS with Novel Silanization Reagent.As substitutes for bisphenol A(BPA),bisphenol S(BPS),bisphenol F(BPF)and bisphenol B(BPB),they have a similar structure to BPA,and octylphenol(OP)and Nonylphenol(NP)also have estrogen-like effects.In the experiment,an interesting new derivatization reagent was synthesized for the reaction with estrogen-like substances,and the derivatized products were used for the analysis in GC-MS/MS detection.The experimental results show that the derivatization reagent has many advantages and the test results are satisfactory.?.Determination of Preservatives in foundry Clay by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)method.Foundry Clay is a class of puzzle toys favored by infants and young children.Foundry clay products can remain stable for two or more years.This suggests that some preservatives may be added to the products.Scientists believe that these preservatives are allergic,if added excessive,they will cause harm to the health of the body.At present,EN71-9: 2007 "Toy Safety-Part 9 organic compounds limit requirements" have a clear limit requirements on the isothiazolinone preservatives,but in our country there are no clearly defined on the use of preservatives in the clay categories and contents.Based on the situation,a method for the detection of isothiazolinones in the foundry clay was established.The chromatographic method was used to optimize the experimental conditions.The results showed that the experimental method was simple and the datas were accurate.The establishment of such standard testing methods provides some datas and experiences.
