A Study On The Relationship Between The Exploitation Of Changbai Mountain Natural Reserve And The Protection Of The Ecological Environment

Being on the thoughts of sustainable development, using the theory and methods of Regional Economics Tourist Geography and Marketing, this thesis begun with the analysis of the concept of natural reserve and gave the suggestion how to deal with the relationship between the protection and exploitation of natural reserve. It emphasized the basic characteristics of Changbai Mountain natural reserve, provided specific and expounds the main problems in the process of exploitation of Changbai Mountain natural reserve and provides specific proposals of the exploitation of Changbai Mountain natural reserve to the management department for reference .The thesis contains four parts.In the first part, the author introduced the elementary theorys, exploitation of natural reserve and protection of ecological environment.Natural reserve has not only the value such as tourist and resoures exploitation but inheritance value,existence value ,choice value and so on.Learned all kinds of value of natural reserve is the first step that we can protect the different type natural reserve, and aim at their characteristic to carry on the difference treatment, then do classified management. The natural reserve area is divided into the different merit energy region, namely Core area, Experimental area and Buffer area. The natural reserve development needs reasonably to protect the Core area, develop Experimental Area, the divide traveling Area. It should pay attention to environment and take strict precautions against the pollution destruction also. After that, this part specifically introduced the Changbai Mountain natural reserve merit energy region division. In the above theory foundation, this article summarized the natural reserve development principle, namely the protection and the development pays equal attention , the economic efficiency, the social efficiency, the ecology benefit combination best .So what we need are the unified plan, the reasonable layout and the coordinated development .The second part gave the Changbai Mountain Nature Reserve, the basic characteristics of the reserve specific division, Changbai Mountain Nature Reserve and the development activities of the existing problems, including the exploitation of natural resources-related problems, the development of tourist resources and the problems arising from tourism development existing deficiencies.The third part gave the development of Changbai Mountain Nature Reserve in the theoretical thought.
