Abstract/Summary:
This article introduced the principle , the structure of the impact abrasive testing system. Also ,the choosing and the integration of the components were introduced. Based on this system ,the surface quality of electric arc spraying zinc-aluminium alloy samples were tested . The length of groove and the force could be measured. By using the software of MATLAB, some important parameters could be calculated, including energy consumption, specific energy consumption, and so on. In addition, some relationship curves including specific energy and abrasion volume ,specific energy and tangential dynamic hardness, specific energy and normal dynamic hardness were all obtained. From observing these relationship curves and analysing the course of gouging abrasion, more details were provided for investigation of abrasion mechanism. After dealing with the data, the best electric arc spraying technic parameters were obtained. The test results showed that the research on the energy comsuming of gouging abrasion based on modifying impact machine is possible, and the cooperation of voltage, electricity and air pressure could make the coating have the best anti- abrasion property.
