| With the continuous development of coal mining equipment and technology in China,the efficiency of coal mining has increased rapidly,and the frequency of replacement of fully mechanized mining faces has increased,the withdrawal and installation of hydraulic supports have become more frequent.The highly mechanized hydraulic support retracting equipment has become an indispensable part of the hydraulic support retracting process.However,due to the large overall size,complex structure,disassembly and transportation difficulties of the existing hydraulic support retracting equipment,it has been used for transportation,layout and use efficiency in a coal mine environment where the service is long time and the transportation lanes and yards are seriously deformed Lower and increase the labor intensity of underground workers.In this paper,according to the technical requirements of mining and transportation roadway hydraulic support retraction in such complicated working conditions,the purpose is to install and transport easily,use it safely and efficiently,and draw on the existing hydraulic support retraction equipment and processes.Advantages,research and development of new hydraulic support withdrawal equipment:First,research and analyze the existing hydraulic support withdrawal process and equipment,and find its advantages and disadvantages through technical requirements,and then combine its advantages to meet the technical requirements and complete the entire parts of the hydraulic support withdrawal equipment in the fully mechanized mining face.The structure and functional components are designed,and then modeled with Solid Works 3D software,and the detailed structure and functions are introduced in detail.Secondly,ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software was used to perform static strength analysis and simulation analysis on the retracted equipment to verify the rationality,reliability and safety of its structure.Finally,in accordance with the functional requirements of the automatic deployment of each part,the design of the hydraulic transmission control system of each equipment is completed to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment.The design of the hydraulic support retracting equipment in this paper has the technical features of flexible usability,high transportation and disassembly efficiency compared with the existing hydraulic support retracting technology and equipment and can effectively reduce the labor intensity of underground workers.At the same time,the research process of this design has some reference and inspiration for the design and research of special coal mine special machinery assembly with long service time and serious deformation of roadway. |
