Study On Optimization Technology Of Yinhuang Capsule Produced And Level Of Quality

Important changes have happened in global disease patterns and medical treatment in the 21st century. Because of the bad effects brought by synthetic drugs , there is increasingly a louder voice for making use of traditional Chinese medicine ,natural medicine, etc. People are full of expectation on the effect of the nature medicine on healthy maintenance and prevention and treatment of diseases. The honeysuckle and Scutellaria baicalensis, chinese trational medicine, are from nature and have been used for more than a thousand years in China , proved to be safe and harmless.it will bring it's effects to full play if they are made to preparations.Yinhuang capsules are capsules made of preparations of honeysuckle extraction and Scutellaria baicalensis extraction, and have the effects of Heat-clearing and Toxin-resolving It has been used for acute and chronic amygdalitis ,faucitis, infection of the upper respiratory tract. Yellow capsules have a broad antibacterial spectrum and can kill bacterias as staphylococcus aureus , hemolysis streptococcus , Bordetella pertussis , bacillus coli , vibrio cholerae , typhoid bacillus , paratyphoid fever bacillus , green pus bacillus , meningitis diplococcus, etc. It also has the effect of inhibition of Close compatriot virus , mumps virus , simple herpes virus, etc. Yinhuang capsules have no drug resistance and have notable curative effect.However, due to the limitation of production condition and technology, there were still problems as incomplete production process parameters,low quality of preparations, ect. It is hard to control the quality of the medicines and chemical reagents mass ,so that the mecicine curative stablity haven't been brought into full play.To have a better clinical curative effect of Yinhuang capsules preparation ,this project studies the optimization of the production process parameters without changing the extracting menstruum , purification process, etc, to make sure not to change much of the componants of the extraction and no quality change of the production process. We make sure that the Amount Per Serving and indications are equal or higher than the previous preparation. We have added more content determine items and improved the quality standard and have a better control of the medicine quality.
