With the rapid economy development in our country, Society has an acute increasing requirement for practical "Silver Collar", Higher vocational education is facing up to a great opportunity of development. However, under these opportunity,, market's requirements for college student is higher and more challenging, which require college graduations to grasp not only stable theoretical base, but also strong practical operation ability. On the other hand, our education and teaching in vocational college must further the innovation to fulfill the requirements of more talents with practice and technologies.21st Century is the era of information, IT and Network Technology supplie the preferable circumstance and opportunity for teaching innovations. This paper tries to study in theory and explore in practice into 3-dimensional teaching in Vocational College, with supports of network circumstance, under the guidance of related educational technology theories, taking specific curriculums for instance.Firstly, discussed the necessity and urgency of curriculum teaching innovation under way nowadays by illustrating the nature and developing situation in Vocational College education, analyzing the students' characters, assisting by the teaching condition investigation with the instance of "VB Programming". And have analyzed the 3-dimensional teaching thoughts and connotations on the base of stating the related educational technologies, plus the character of the students, which is including three systems: target system, training system, evaluation system; three dimensions: direction( throughout all the learning) ,transverse direction( covering all the factors of learning) , depth(penetrating multi-layer in developing); realizing three goals: love of learning, capability of learning, and ability of practice.Design and develop corresponding 3-dimensional teaching platform under the guidance of 3-dimensional teaching thoughts, taking advantage of ASP dynamic webpage and database technologies. The structure of model platform is designed by "theory+experiment +comprehensive practice".Finally , Come to a conclusion through specific teaching practice research, and examining the effect by mathematics statistics etc. on the base of above research, under the guidance of teaching thoughts, and with the supports of 3-dimensional teaching method platform.
