If this condition continuous, the contradiction between the human and nature has been intensified unprecedented, many kinds of questions spring up widely, therefore, humanity's survival and development fell into the crisis. In this kind of crisis, the humanity gradually realizes the importance of protection environment. With the target of pursuing the harmonious relationship between human and nature, humanity has started a series new political activity of protect nature and environment. Along with the scale of environment movement expanding, Western countries proposed the politics of ecology movement to the program; the Green Party was born and developed vigorously.The Green Party has obtained the conspicuous achievements since it has been established and developed. With the rationale of ecology principle philosophy, it emphasizes the environment protection, pays attention to the ecology balance, and proposes a series of viewpoints which are different from the traditional politics. Among them, principle of ecology priority is the most important part of the value idea of Green Party.
