Mining of underground will generate goaf, the existence of mined-out area is apotential threat for mine safety. In particular,Open stope method is adopted to the metalmine which gob area is increasing, It is a inevitable problems in daily production inmines.How to seek a balance between safety production and economic benefit, It is a issueof mining industry practitioners need to continuously research.Lead-zinc deposit inDongshengmiao as the research background, the mined-out areas in the micro-seismicmonitoring project, first of all, through the actual mining situation for the mine siteinvestigation, complete the establishment of three digital mine simulation;Followedby,Using the method of numerical simulation to the mine simulation, and the stabilityassessment of postharvest empty area;Finally through the mine micro-seismic monitoringsystem for real-time monitoring of mined-out area, To ensure the safety of mine production,can make the staff for the mine can forestall possible instability of a wide range ofmined-out area.Concrete research content is as follows:First of all, The data collection and field investigation was carried out in the mine andusing the digital mining software SURPAC to the mine of2#and11#orebody and surface,and establish a three dimensional numerical model of roadway.And seek a new method ofmake surface modeling, in the case of insufficient data on hand can accurate mine surfacemodel is established.Then, turn on s established SURPAC model to numerical calculation in the finiteelement software MIDAS/GTS NX, it is need to do some simplifying work to the modelneed.For the mine ore body mining, excavation simulation points three steps: the first step,the excavation of the ore body of more than900middle and result analysis of the stressand displacement of excavation;The second step is to simulate850-900midway throughthe continued excavation of the ore bodies;The third step is to simulate the800-850midway through the excavation of the ore bodies.Displacement and stress diagram of each stage of simulation comparison and analysis, find out in the rock mass displacement ofstress concentration and the largest area, analysis regarding the overall is still in the stablestate of surrounding rock, and local needs to determine the surrounding rock are the keymonitoring area.Finally, On the basis of the actual situation of the mine combined with the calculationof MIDAS/GTS NX software simulation results, Established IMS micro-seismicmonitoring system for the mine.Based on the system and indoor virtual simulation analysisand site location accuracy analysis;Using the established SURPAC model for themicro-seismic events space display;In the JDI visualization analysis software processanalysis, seismic events by generating depending on the size and the energy index curve todetermine the possibility of instability of surrounding rock, achieve the goal of safetymonitoring.So far, the Dongshengmiao lead-zinc mine goaf is still in a stable state, withoutany harmful to mine production have accidents, consistent with the conclusions obtained inthis paper.
