Building fire risk evaluation is the base of building fire risk management, carrying out building fire risk evaluation can effectively prevent and control the building fire accident occurring.This article analyzed building fire risk at first, described the cause and process of building fire briefly, and made the fire influencing factors be classified, and the index system of fire risk evaluation for high-rise building, public building, underground building and storage building were present. Applying the Fuzzy Mathematic theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process, the article utilized the two comprehensive evaluation into building fire risk assessment, introduced their mathematic model and two kinds of factor weight calculate method-AHP and Delphi.Based the analysis of building fire influencing factors and research of the building fire risk comprehensive evaluation method, integrate the theory of knowledge engineering, the author developed comprehensive evaluation system of building fire risk with Visual C++. The system has evaluation model resetting, evaluation process leading, evaluation knowledge supporting and so on. The system designed the knowledge base and model base particularly, so it can be meet the need of practice, it can make the building fire risk evaluation more facility and the building fire safety decision become more efficient.At last, the author applied the comprehensive evaluation system of building fire risk in a marketplace, and got the fire risk grade of this building. The example showed the feasibility of this evaluation system, and it can be used in risk evaluation for the building fire.
