| Petrochemical enterprises are big consumers of water resources with large discharge of sewage.With the progress of sewage discharge limitation and upgrading project,it is necessary to expand the proportion of wastewater recycling cooling water system.In addition,a certain enterprise plans to realize low-phosphorus or phosphorus-free discharge in 2021.Therefore,in order to achieve phosphorylation free,it is urgent to carry out research on wastewater reuse to replace the phosphorus-containing corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor currently in use.Therefore,it is imperative to study the phosphorus-free corrosion inhibitor with low toxicity and green environmental protection,so as to provide technical support for the next step of sewage deep treatment and recycling water system,and has obvious economic value and application value.In this paper,an economical and feasible scale inhibitor for sustained release of wastewater is studied in view of the effect of wastewater treatment in a chemical plant in Maoming on water quality in the circulating cooling water system.First user the static test of phosphorus corrosion scale inhibitor screening,no phosphorus corrosion scale inhibitor goal set samples,and then through the static test and dynamic simulation test of the samples,discuss without phosphorus corrosion scale inhibitor in different water quality,sewage back back powerusageeffectiveness of circulating water system on the basis of factors such as corrosion and scale inhibition effect,its application performance evaluation for engineering practice.Draw the following conclusions:(1)The screening experiment of phosphorous free corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor showed that the effect of the phosphorous free agent ZH3326 was basically the same as that of the phosphorous containing agent KW8445.The effect of ZH623 was weaker than that of ZH3326.The high dosage of ZH320 was not conducive to the economic benefits.Therefore,ZH3326 phosphorous free corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor was selected for this experiment.(2)The results of static experiment showed that the ZH3326 phosphorous free agent could played a significant role in corrosion inhibition under single factor and multi-factorconditions.In the water samples with high alkalinity and high hardness,the scale inhibition effect decreased with the increase in the concentration of the two factors.(3)In dynamic simulation test,NJHL-C integrated dynamic simulation test device was used for the simulation operation of the circulating cooling water system with equal scale reduction.The results showed that the corrosion inhibition effect of ZH3326 phosphor-free agent was better than that of KW8445 phosphor-containing agent under the condition of low ratio of reuse water.The effect of ZH3326 and KW8445 was comparable under the condition of high ratio of recycled water.In terms of scale inhibition,ZH3326phosphorus-free system is superior to KW8445.(4)Under the condition of 50 % and 80 % reuse water,overhaul heat exchanger tubes appeared in BOTH ZH3326 and KW8445,with 80 % being particularly frequent.The results show that the proportion of recycled water should be kept below 50% as far as possible.The results show that ZH3326 phosphorus-free corrosion inhibitor can replace KW8445phosphorus-containing corrosion inhibitor in the reuse water system,with excellent corrosion and scale inhibition effect and good development and utilization value. |
