The main chymistry components of curcuma rhizome are: curcumin, curcuma phaeocaulis, curdione, germacrone, and so forth. These are main active parts. Many studys proves that they have the ability of antioxidant, antitumor, curing the Type II diabetes, inhibiting the thrombosis, antidepression, cleaning out the free radical, antimicrobial, and many other pharmacological effectivities on digestive system. Among them, curcumin is the most important one, it can be used as antimutation and antitumor. American National cancer Institute has already rank it to be the third generations of cancer prevent drug.. To make it to be the microeulsion can get over its disadvantages, such as poor water-solubility, discommodiousness of taking drug, and to put this way, it can also have the potential ability to prolong the drug effect.This paper have accomplished several works:1. Set up the mensurate method of curcumin content in curcuma microemulsion of injection, and TCL method was used to identify the effective componts of curcumin. The result shows that these methods are very sensitive and convenient. It can be used as analysis method of microemulsion in vitro. The standard curve of the curcumin was a perfect linearity relation, and the HPLC method can be used to the curcumin as quantitative analysis.2. To select six methods in the literature to extract curcumin, then determine best one which was ultrasonic ethanol refluxing extracts curcumin. After extraction the crude curcumin, it was recrystallizted twice with methanol-water, and refined product was gotten.3. Single-factor experiments and the orthogonal experiments were used to select the best recipe and the best extract technology of curcumin micoemultion injection.4 Detect about every physical and chemical characters of curcumin vein injection. The results show under the optic microscope, the emultion droppings are round.5. Stability experiment of the injection was been done. The result shows concernration 15min at 4000rpm, sample was not separation; freezing-thawing and heating experiments show that the emulsion have a good ability of coalescence stability. After 121℃15min sterilization, the emulsion was still stable product. High temperature and the illumination experiments show that the emulsion is instable to light and heat.At present, many abroad countries have many vein emulsion products, such as narcotic, antitumor drug, sedation drug, hormone anti-inflammation drug, and blood plasma substitute, and so forth. But our country only have Kanglaite and Bruce a Javanica Seed Oil. Curcumin has low pharmacological toxicity, and it can be uesd as vein inject safely. Moreover, cucumin used as mainline emulsion injection can over its disadvantages. This paper study on the curcumin emulsion prescription, physical and chemical characters of cucunin and the best technics are the base of clinic application.
