| Objection:To research the prescription and preparation technics of Bilirubinnano-emulsion for injection,and estimate the stability and physics-chemistryquality. Methods:To adopt the method of centrifugal stabilization parameter,confirm the emulsion HLB,succeed to determine the best proportion of themixed emulsion.Adopt UV prismatic luminosity to determine the content,review the emulsion granule infection of preparation technics according to thestabilization parameter. Consult the result of zeta potentiometer to pH valueand sterilization condition of the emulsion. Optimize the prescription of theemulsion by orthogonal test.Review the stability and infection factor of theemulsion by speedup test. Conclusions:The Bilirubin nano-emulsion forinjection physics-chemistry tranquilization and have favorable exploitationforeground. |
