Steaming stereotypia is an essential craft step in the acrylic fiber production, the wiredrawing position control quality directly affects the acrylic fiber silk quality, to the wiredrawing position accurate examination is the precondition condition of control. This article proposed apply machine vision technology based on the CCD sensor to the wiredrawing position examination, the simulation result indicated, the method can effectively examine a wiredrawing position under the special working condition of steaming stereotypia. This article has first designed the hardware of the examination system, chose the appropriate hardware system according to the special production environment and the technics requirement of the Steaming stereotypia. Owing to production line work condition very severe, the temperature and pressure of the air is high, moreover included many corrosive chemical substance, the general industry camera was unable to work in this condition, so it must indirectly obtain a wiredrawing position image through the special lens, then transmitted to the CCD camera by the optical fiber. Transmit the image information to the PC system through the data-acquisition board. analysis the image information by the image-processing software, again send analysis result to the controller.Then this article design and simulate the procedure of the examined system. This is the core are partial of this article. First in order to obtain the best picture division effect, use the median sieve to smooth processing the picture, then uses the fuzzy enhancement algorithm to intensification the image. Then divide the image by threshold. Through mathematical morphology in delation, the erosion algorithm separately to remove the back scenic area and a silk beam area's noise of binary image, finally uses projection to analysis the image, examines the wiredrawing region, and uses the convex hull algorithmic analysis wiredrawing region, obtains the wiredrawing position.Proved through the simulation result the examination system based on the machine vision technology in the examination speed, the precision as well as the anti-jamming aspect all has the very good effect, can satisfy the requirement. |
