In the leather industry,the detection of the performance parameters of leather materials has important guiding significance for the parameter formulation and process selection of the processing technology.According to the national standard,when the leather sample is slowly heated and contracted,a slight deformation(displacement)of 0.15 mm is generated.That is,the start time of the leather shrinkage,and the temperature corresponding to this moment is defined as the shrinkage temperature of the leather sample.Therefore,real-time accurate detection of small displacement is the main technical problem in the process of leather shrinkage temperature parameter detection.Therefore,with the support of the Science and Technology Development Project Fund of Shaanxi Province,we designed a leather shrinkage temperature detecting device based on machine vision.This time,the leather shrinkage temperature detector is the research object.According to the relevant technical requirements of the national testing standards,based on the principle of machine vision technology,the true non-contact displacement detection is realized,thus completing the micro-displacement amount in the combination of theory and practice.High-precision real-time measurement provides powerful technical support for the development and production of cost-effective leather shrinkage temperature detectors.In this paper,the displacement signal acquisition method in the improved scheme is used to solve the engineering problems such as low detection precision and complicated operation encountered during the use of the instrument,and the overall structure of the optimized instrument is used to improve the displacement measurement accuracy and temperature detection range.New measures such as effective control of heating temperature make the instrument easy to operate and have high data accuracy.The instrument uses the image sensor to continuously sample the vertical direction of the marker in the displacement detection to realize the skin sample heating.The post-shrinkage deformation signal is collected,and the displacement conduction structure is used to effectively solve the influence of the heating medium on the visibility of the skin sample to obtain a stable and reliable displacement signal.The image processing algorithm is used to analyze and study the acquired image signal to obtain the displacement signal.According to the characteristics of the instrument system,the corresponding algorithm is studied,and a series of processing is performed on the image.On the basis of the STM32 as the main control chip in the hardware part,the image displacement information acquisition module with the camera as the displacement sensor is designed.The PT1000 is used as the temperature sensor.temperature The acquisition module controls the temperature of the heating medium effectively by the control algorithm;and designs corresponding hardware modules such as power supply and communication module;according to the functional requirements of the hardware system,completes the main control module,signal acquisition and processing module,constant speed Program design such as temperature control module.After completing the hardware and software design and debugging of the leather shrinkage temperature detector,the main performance parameters of the detector were tested and collected,and the experimental data was analyzed.The instrument achieved design in terms of measurement accuracy and stability.Requirements and in line with national industry standards.The measurement accuracy and ease of operation have been significantly improved.The displacement detection accuracy is increased from 200um to 37um,and the temperature measurement accuracy is increased from 0.7? to 0.19?.The development of leather shrinkage temperature detector based on machine vision has achieved the accuracy of the measurement accuracy of the basic parameters in the leather industry,and also provides strong technical support for leather engineering research and new high-tech industries.
