With the development of information technology,glass containers of traditional detection method(artificial)has not adapted to modern production.Machine vision inspection technology compared with traditional technology,has realized the online intelligent non-contact measurement,reduce the labor intensity,accurate detection,improves the production efficiency,saving labor,and the whole detection process is not affected by man-made factors,effectively ensure the quality of the production of glass containers.This paper studies the main content has the following several aspects:1.Put forward the overall design of the system framework,hardware equipment needed for your system carried on the thorough analysis,presents a research way of thinking.2.According to the study of the theory of the digital image processing,waiting for the glass container image processing algorithm process.First of all,to detect collected image using MATLAB software to a series of image processing,including image gray,the image filtering,image enhancement,image segmentation and morphological processing;Then,after processing of the glass container image by 8-direction chain code method for boundary contour extraction;Finally,according to the chain code sequence on the glass container target pixel statistics,by defining the formula to calculate the characteristic value.3.An improved wavelet threshold denoising algorithm,through the comparison of the wavelet coefficient and threshold,adaptively change control coefficient,which can keep more image edges and details information,also to a certain extent,to avoid the blind zeros of wavelet coefficients.4.Through MATLAB programming languages on the system software has carried on the preliminary design,to achieve the good human-computer interaction interface.Among them,the software main interface of the application of MATLAB GUI programming design.The user can very easy to implement and intuitive human-computer interaction.Through theoretical analysis and lots of experimental research,this paper proves that the proposed based on machine vision glass container form the feasibility and effectiveness of the detection system,in order to further the research and development of glass container inspection system laid a solid foundation.
