The studies of the formed technology of the improving lead sheathed explosive cutting cord, the mechanism of the formed "spot" and surface treatment of the preventing corrosion are made to the existing problems in the surface corrosion during the lead sheathed explosive cutting cord was used. It may raise ability of the corrosion resistant under the lead sheathed explosive cutting cord was long stored through using a new type protection coatings, improving technology of the coatings, and making the surface clean of the lead sheathed explosive cutting cord that is coated with the preservative agent.The theoretical analysis and the verification test show that it can validly solve the failure problem that the lead sheathed explosive cutting cord surface is coated with the triple preservative agent after the temperature, humidity and height tests.And it can validly increases the top wall thickness of the shaped-charge groove of the explosive cutting cord to use non- restraint formed technology to machine lead sheathed explosive cutting cord .After the surface of the lead sheathed explosive cutting cord is coated with the triple preservative agent, the surface for a long stored presences "spot", the reason is that the oxygen , carbon dioxide and water in the air penetrate the film of the triple preservative agent and the interface of the lead , and it forms the dissolve film at local, surface. The naturally formed inhibiting film of the lead surface is broken by the localized pitting corrosion because there is a little residual organic acid monomer and in the triple preservative agent and the presence of inclusions at the lead surface, this results in occurring localized corrosion reaction to generate the lead carbonate hydroxide and carbonates.To use the triple preservative agent and improve coating technology can reduce the speed of the producing "spot".Because of the limits of the raw material at home and the product being exposed to the weather condition, the pitting corrosion of lead surface can not be inhibited completely to produce, so it can apply to improved coatings to reduce the speed of the producing pitting corrosion..
