| Laser ignition technology belongs to the third generation of pyrotechnic products,including two technologies: laser direct ignition initiation and laser explosion-driven flyer ignition initiation.This paper first briefly introduces the research status and application of laser ignition technology,and then designs the laser igniter shell and important parts of the laser ignition system according to the given technical requirements and environmental parameters,and uses the Solidworks software to design the igniter And important parts are simulated and assembled,and the finite element simulation analysis of the laser igniter and optical window is performed using ANSYS software.After the design and simulation analysis are confirmed,the parts needed for the test are processed,The processed parts are assembled and laser ignition test is carried out,Different kinds of laser sensitive ignition agents are tested by laser ignition,and the ignition agent with the minimum ignition energy is selected for the next test;After choosing the ignition agent,by doping photosensitive substances and different percentages,changing the loading density of ignition agent,using different kinds of optical windows with good light transmittance,etc,In order to achieve the goal of minimum energy ignition of laser igniter,the ignition energy reduction test of the selected photosensitive ignition agent was carried out.In view of the problems and possible problems in the test,different methods are adopted to improve and optimize the existing problems in the design and test stage,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the laser ignition system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Laser igniter:According to the given technical index and dimension requirements,considering the factors such as the light path transmission of laser through optical fiber,the structure of laser igniter used in the research institute is designed,and the structure of optical fiber connector connecting laser igniter and optical fiber is designed,and the focusing lens which plays the role of focusing excitation is designed,and the principle of laser ignition is described.(2)Finite element analysis of laser igniter:Through the design of laser igniter and three-dimensional software assembly,ANSYS finite element simulation analysis is carried out on the shell and optical window material used.The analysis results show that the shell design and the optical window design are reasonable and reliable.(3)By building a laser ignition system for laser ignition test,the parameters of the laser igniter,such as the ignition agent,doping substance and its percentage,agent loading density,optical window material,etc.,are determined,and the performance test and reliability evaluation of the laser igniter are carried out by using the above parameters,including:ignition power test,electrostatic test,environmental protection test Adaptability test,RF test,life test and ignition reliability test are used to verify the rationality of the design. |
