Based on the thorough survey on performance data of Second Class Block of Chaoyanggou Oilfield, the thesis presents the main reasons which cause the worse development effect of Second Class Block, and necessity of infilling. Through the theory and method of reservoir engineering, the expression between waterflooding control degree and well density, and the expression between effective flooding factor and well density are derived. Considering the relationship between well density and waterflooding control degree, effective flooding factor and the effective flooding system, a method applied to computing waterflooding recovery efficiency of low permeability oilfield is presented. Through applying the above formula, integrated with economic evaluation, the technological limit and economic limit for Second Class Block is determined, and directed by reasonable technological limit, according to angular degree between well line and fracture, the relevant infilling formula is derived, applying numerical simulation to evaluation, the results are: for 22.5°between well line and fracture, the"3,2,1"infilling pattern is appropriate; for 52.5°between well line and fracture, the"Triangular Gravity Infilling, Water Well Line Deviating 106m"infilling method is selected. After pilot test, a good development effect is obtained, the predicted enhanced recovery efficiency is more than 10%.
