Shortage of forest resources and energy in our country, but the bamboo building board is a resource highly dependent enterprises , must improve utilization, improved production processes and techniques, thereby save energy, resources and build economic industry. As a kind of craft with advantages of energy-conservation and water-saving, two step "cold-hot-cold" technology has a bright prospects. But this technology did not have automatic control technology, which was not only unfavorable to management and development but also hindered the popularization of this technology. In order to promote the industrialization of this technology, the control system for this new technology was researched.First of all, the implementing scheme of this new craft was fixed on, and a special mat was adopted.Then, the system analysis, including craft analysis, I/O analyze, control course analyze with the systematic module, was researched according to the requirement got from a investigation to workers and management staff. After the comparison among PLC, DCS, FCS, the system based on PLC and DCS control system was selected because: l)It was relatively more suitable our country actual condition of production; 2)It could meet the requirements of the two step technology; 3) it had a higher p/p.Finally, the overall joint of the control system was designed, and the user interface was designed primarily with a configuration software.
