Bamboo plywood template has high strength, hardness, toughness, and wear-resistance. It's one of the most extensive architectural templates in our country at present. However, in the practical application process of bamboo plywood in construction sites we often face the problems:bamboo plywood is deformed and its layers was cracked, which eventually led to "wave shape" phenomenon of concrete and bamboo plywood's premature destruction.Construction of a saving-oriented society is a major theme of the society today. In order to save the energy, and reduce the costs, and make bamboo plywood template more competitive in various of the architectural templates, on the basis of previous studies, I made a PF resin solidified under mid-temperature(100~130℃) condition which fit for the "hot in-hot out" producing process of bamboo plywood by designing test through the comprehensive understanding and analysis of PF resin modification research at home and abroad. Then I made bamboo plywood under three different temperature range(100~110℃,110~120℃,120~130℃), and I found out the most ideal solidifying temperature range of the PF resin adhesive is 100-110℃.By using the above-mentioned three temperature range groups pressing bamboo plywood of PF resin solidified on mid-temperature condition as a material and designing a bending mechanical test, the article constructed regression equation of bamboo plywood's mid-face's deflection and loads, regression equation of bamboo plywood's mid-line's stress of surface and loads, regression equation of bamboo plywood's surface strain and loads respectively, and analyzed macroscopic bending deflection properties of PF resin solidified on mid-temperature condition. The test indicated:1. On condition that two sides simply supported and only small deformation, the mid-face's deflection, the mid-line's stress and the surface's strain of bamboo plywood of PF resin solidified on mid-temperature condition has a linear relationship with the loads, and the regression equations fit very well.2. On condition that two sides simply supported, the surface properties of bamboo plywood of PF resin solidified on mid-temperature condition are good. Under bending loads, the mechanical property of the points relative to each other by mid-line on the bamboo plywood's surface is similar.3. On small deformation condition, the mechanical properties of bamboo plywood of PF resin solidified on mid-temperature condition can be researched by taking bamboo plywood as a completely linear elastic body. Besides, under the assumption that the thickness of bamboo plywood's layer was even, the article used the ANSYS Software to construct a finite element model, and get the stress and strain fields of the bamboo plywood, by which we analyzed the mechanical reason why bamboo plywood's layers cracked to damage. The reason is that bamboo plywood has layer shear stress which can't be ignored near its free border when it faces the cross loads.
