Launch Policy On Cleaner Production

Nowadays, with the rapid development of industry and economics, the humankinds face the serious problem of environment pollution. At the time we solve the pollution problem, we find that the extreme exists all kinds of inferiorities. Because of these inferiorities , we can't dead with the relationship between the environment and the coordination relations of development very well. After a long time of quest and practice, people put forward the concept of Cleaning Production. The new creative concept this kind of new creative thought with the environment strategy that the whole prevented, makes economic increasing rapidly to moderate with environmental protection developed quickly. This article is to generalize the origin and the meaning of Cleaning Production, and also to generalize the processes of international Cleaning Production, especially the US and Australia. Through the case analyzing , we hope we can get some experience ,and make the experience useful in our country .This article also puts forward the problem that clean production exists in our country, and analyses the output reason ,At the end of the article ,I put forward some relevant measures about Cleaning Production.
