A great deal of parts that distribute hundreds or thousands of deep and small holes play more and more important role in many areas such as auto, petrochemical and metallurgy etc. Drilling group of deep and small holes is an important craftwork that has been widely applied in modern industry. As catalyzer carrier ceramics plays the most important role in purifying auto waste gases. And its performance lies in that of ceramic honeycomb extrusion die. Because of the inconsistence of holes depth and aperture in the machining process, there will be protruding and concave phenomenon in the surface of ceramics. So the ventilation of ceramic will be affected seriously and rupture will be produced in some areas where machining speed is very slow thus its strength is influenced.Ceramic honeycomb extrusion die is the research object in this paper.
