| The metered evaluation of the service valuation of the ecosystem is the main research realm of ecological economics .The important meaning which does this kind of research is, by quantifing study at the ecosystem service, not only to establish foundation for checking the green GDP in the district, but also to provide scientific and quantized basis for protecting and managing the ecosystem. Moreover, the quantized and especially Economic eco-valuation can make people a more perceptual knowledge to the importance of ecosystem and strengthen people's consciousness of protecting environment.The ebinur lake wetland natural reserve district is located the northwest arid area in china and in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, is the lowest depression and water-salt collecting center in the west Junggar Basin. It lies between the Ala mountain pass and the Mutataer desert, can regulate climate, defend strong wind, reduce sand-storm and maintain species variety etc. The amount of water flowing into the ebinur lake decreased 23×108m3?a-1 from early 1950's to current along with the rapid increase of population and economy in the valley. Only 7×108m3 ?a-1 water flows into the wetland evry year. The lake's area has narrowed to 750km2 from 1200km2 during the fifty years. Because the amount of water inflowing the wetland decreased and the plant beside the lake was cut bustlingly, there are 4.3×104hm2 desert forests and 0.97×104hm2 reeds in the reserve district now, which only is 38% and 22% of its distributed area in 1950's. The dried lake bottom and lake shore have already had 1500km2 become desert, among 108km2 being barren and loose soil. The rate of desertification is 39.8 km2?a-1 in the district.
