Study On Ecosystem Service Evaluation And Ecological Function Regionalization Of Dongting Lake Wetland

In recent years, the studies on ecosystem services are taken into account, which is the front topic of science study. The studies on the meaning and valuating methods by different ways are the hotspot and difficulty of research on ecosystem services currently.Dongting Lake wetland is one of the most important Eco-functional districts of the middle reaches of Yangtze River. The wetland' s ecosystem degeneration results in serious effect to regional economic sustainable development. At present, wetland restoration is a main method to renew the ecological function of the wetland ecosystem, and the Eco-economic benefit is focused on.The paper analyzes and valuates the ecosystem service of Dongting Lake wetland, and discusses its change on the background of wetland restoration. Based on this, the project of Ecological function regionalization is put forward. The main contents are as follows:1. Analyzing the contents of ecosystem servicesBase on land use and vegetal maps, there are several ecosystem types in the Dongting Lake wetland, including: river and lake ecosystem, reed swamp, mud flat, wet meadow, forest ecosystems, paddy field. The thesis also analyzes the services of ecosystems and comes out the result that there are 8 main types of ecosystem service, including material outputting, air ingredients controlling, water resource reinforcing, flood controlling, purifying, habituating, leisure service and culture service.2. Valuating the ecosystem serviceIn the paper, many methods are used to calculate the value of ecosystem services, such as substitution method, shadow project method, ecological value method, and so on. The result shows that the total value of ecosystem service in the study area is 2.097×10¹¹yuan.
