Study On Preparation, Stability And Security Of Powder Injection Of The Dauricine

Rhizoma menispermi, the rhizoma of menispermum dauricum DC is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine in common use . The preparations of substances extracted from rhizoma menispermi is clinically used to treat faucitis. Presently, it is found that the dauricine and the phenol total alkaloids of menispermum dauricum have eminent curative effects on diseases of brain infarct as well as cardial is chemia .The research is a study on preparation,quality control,stability and security of powder injection of the dauricine and the phenol total alkaloids of menispermum dauricum .They are done by modern techniques,according to requirements which helps us choose the optimum techniques to prepare the phenol total alkaloids of menispermum dauricum. With method of acid-dissolve and alkali-precipitate,we extract the phenol total alkaloids of menispermum dauricum from three different resources of rhizome menispermi.The effective position are extracted and then they are prepared into powder injection by the technology of freezing.Regard dauricine as index,the content of the phenol total alkaloids and dauricine are determined through ultraviolet spectroph-otometry and high performance liquid chromatography separately. The experimental data showed that the content of the phenol total alkaloids is more than 80% and the content of dauricine is more than 50% in three months.The author has studied systematic identification,,test of extraction and content assay of rhizoma menispermi. The pertinent technical parameters are confirmed,which proved that the similarity,stability and security and every indes accords with the pertinent requirements.This is a primary study on the techniques of preparation ,qua-lity control ,stability and security of powder injection of the phenol total alkaloids of rhizoma menispermi , which establishes an important base for the preparation to apply to the fifth category of new traditional Chinese medicines.
