This article gives a complete look back on the successful merger and hard reformation of Dongyin Industry Group And Maoyuan Pharmacy Company. It explicates the existing conditions and developing trend of the medication industry, the constitution of medication market and the impact on medication industry after the entering of WTO. Meanwhile, this article gives a particular analysis of the country's policy on medicine industry, it also discusses particularly on the prospect of Chinese traditional medicine .The analysis on medicine industry takes up a large part of this article ,because the pluralism of the development of Dongyin Industry Group is related to the future of the company in decades .If the company has chosen the right direction ,it can gain a larger repayment by smaller input ,also ,it can achieve a continuous and rapid development.The article not only gives a analysis on the medicine industry, but also gives consideration to the impact, that the reformation of Health care system as well as the improvement of people's living standards do on the changes in structure of medicine demand.Through the whole thinking of the country's policy and detailed analysis of the market, the article explains in an all-rounded way the chance and challenge that will come after the entering of the medicine industry .The advantage of Dongyin Industry Group is the operation and combination of capital, the disadvantage is that Dongyin has never set foot on the medicine industry before.
