Study On The Chemical Constituents Of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae And On Chinese Traditional Medicine Modernization Of Zaorenanshen Oral Liquid

The research studied the chemical constituents of saute Semen ziziphi spinosae.From the 95% ethanol extraction, purified by silical sil and Sephedax LH-20, fourcompounds were isolated and established as jujuboside B,jujuboside A,sapionsis and butulicacid by spectroscopic techniques and physical properties.On the base of studing the chemical constituents of saute Semen ziziphi spinosae,the research also studied the quality control standard of Semen ziziphi spinosae and Zaorenanshenoral liquid, using jujuboside A as identifition compound in this two chinese traditionalmedicine products. Studing the methodology of method of extraction,solvent of extraction,time of extraction,method of separation and condition of the chromato graph etc., haddetermined for the trying solution preparation and developed methods to determine jujubosideA in Semen ziziphi spinosae and Zaorenanshen oral liquid by HPLC. The methods are moreprecision, good stability and more reproducible, which can be used as the quality control ofstandard of Semen ziziphi spinosae and Zaorenanshen oral liquid.The research studied extraction conductions on Zaorenanshen oral liquid, and determinedthe optimum parameters of each technique through the orthogonal experiments : determinedthe extraction method of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)baill by 6 volume 75% ethanolextracting three time,2 hour pre time; the extraction method of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bag by 12volume water extracting three time,1 hour pre time;and the extraction method of Saute semenziziphi spinosae by 6 volume 30% ethanol extracting three time, 3 hour pre time.These can bethe base of second time development of Zaorenanshen oral liquid.
