In order to impolder Chinese herbal medicine,we researchedthe new medicine.First,Professor Yang Pin integrated old prescription with the modern Chinese traditional medicine theory, brought forwards three kinds of compound prescription medicine and set forth and made certain the effects of sedation and soothing the nerves. We investigated the solubility of efficacious component of every medicine and extracted efficacious component from three prescriptions selectively.Compared the three prescriptions each other by the pharmacology experiment taking the time of sleep as criterion And selected a good prescription.Second,we extracted and purified the efficacious component from the main kind medicine of two prescriptions, SEMEN ZIZIPHI SPINOSAE by Macroporous adsorptive resins.Researched many factors that affect the extraction and purification such as acidity ,salinity, velocity of flow. And found a good condition.Third,changed the method of extraction of selected prescription and carried through the pharmacology experiment to test the effect with the refreshant of SEMEN ZIZIPHI SPINOSAE and HYPERIUM PERFORATUM.Brought forwards a new medicine model and interpreted the mechanism of hypnogenesis.
