Our country is a developing country, which the coal is the main resource. The exploitation and utilization of the coal and the correlative industries will be one of the important economical and social support industries in a long history, and play a strategic role.Though the coal is main resource in our country, it is limited and not Teborn. It is a significance study topic that how to exploit the limited resources by adopting the scientific and rational process and afford the energy to the national economy.Zhaizhen colliery locates in the north of Xinwen diggings. It exploits mostly the second and 4th coal seam, and always adopts the slap-up general exploitation. A dozens years of practice indicates that, because the objective reasons such as the second and 4th coal seam instability and the thickness changing widely and so on, the slap-up general exploitation exit the following shortcoming: (1) big labor strength; (2) difficult prop (supporting) management, much resource loss and low recovery; (3) slow pushing velocity and low output in working face; (4) poor status of prop working and low security in working face. Based on these problems, this paper substitutes the individual hydraulic prop for light caving fully mechanized mining support and improves logically the process to reduce the labor strength and the workload, increase the recovery, pushing velocity and coal yield by the direction ideas of industry engineering.According to compete, the economic performance of 4th coal seam in the fist year is ï¿¥6248.9 thousand, and the economic performance of the following each year from the second year is ï¿¥13948.9 thousand. The extraction process also achieves improvement.
