Link the computer art and the manufacture technique to achieve information modernization of the mold industry in deed.In the content, particularly expound the basic knowledge and the rule of mold design firstly, and complete the design of injection mold by computer aided design software (Pro/Engineer). Then, a brief introduction is made on the content, method of the CAE technology and the use and function of MPI, and analyze temperature, press, filling and flow in the course of the injection moulding process, improve on the shortage of design and optimize the process of injection. At last, bring the numerical control code of the injection mold by Pro/Engineer software, accomplish simulateing manufacture on the computer.
