The Analysis Of Governmental Regulation Structure For The Environment Protection Of China

Environmental Protection is an important content to implement the strategy of sustainable development, and is also the necessary demand to build the harmony society at present. Environmental Protection needs the collective actions of the government, the market and the civil society, which have formulated the different environmental regulation structures in different times.By dividing the environmental protection process into three periods, this thesis mainly researched the environmental regulation structure and its dynamical mechanism to change in certain period. On the one hand, this article researched the choosing process of the environmental regulation structure in certain period, and also researched the interrelations of the government, the market and the civil society after the formulation of the structure. During this process, the thesis mainly researched the background of environmental regulation structure in certain period, the essence of environmental problems, the choosing process of the environmental regulation structure, the interrelations of the government, the market and the civil society and the estimation for the environmental regulation structure. On the other hand, the article researched the dynamical mechanism to change of the environmental regulation structure in certain period. During this process, this thesis mainly researched the internal dynamical factors and the external dynamical factors, which have pushed the certain environmental regulation structure to change.In the end, after the analysis for the environmental regulation structures in three periods, this article conceived a new environmental regulation structure by using the"Governance Theory". By the analysis of the whole thesis, this article claimed that, in order to ameliorate the environmental regulation structure, the government should examine its functions and roles earnestly in the environmental protection so as to improve its regulation competency and quality, should deal with the contradiction of...
