| By using wet preparing process of urea peroxide, some factors influence the effect of the production efficiency and reactive oxygen species including mole ratio of hydrogen peroxide and urea, reaction time, reaction temperature, crystallization temperature and drying temperature, have been investigated and screened out. Through orthogonal tests, the factors influencing the effect of the production efficiency and reactive oxygen species have been investigated; Mole ratio, reaction temperature and crystallization temperature are decided to be the major influencing factors. Based on the studies, the best process conditions have been gained after single factor optimizing tests of the important factors, The optimization technology condition are as follows: mole ratio 1.3:1, reaction time 45 minutes, reaction temperature 30 degree centigrade, drying temperature 30 degree centigrade and crystallization temperature 0 degree centigrade, Reactive oxygen species content achieves more than 16.8%, production efficiency achieves 54%.We needed join a few stabilizing agent such as chelate or coordination agent to keep the stabilization of the urea peroxide.In the paper we research the influence of organic stabilizing agents,inorganic stabilizing agents and composite stabilizing agent to the stability of the productions, and research the problem of additive dosage. The result indicates that joining the stabilizing agents can increase stabilization of urea peroxide and different stabilization agents has different influence to the stabilization of the production. The effect of chelate EDTA was notable when we used single stabilizing agents, the stability achieves 98.09%. As a whole, composite stabilizing agent's effect was better than single stabilizing agent. |
