| Based on the analysis of current research situation of fine coal centrifugal dewatering technology in China and abroad and a summary of writer's experience from worksite, the paper indicates the importance of fine coal centrifugal dewatering technology and theoretical study direction should be carried out in this field in future.The paper describes the basal characteristics of centrifugal field, and presents the main ways of increasing separation factors. Combining the dewatering mechanism of vertical-helical discharge centrifugal, the paper analyzes the movement of coal grains on the centrifugal basket. We have established the kinetics model with mathematics methods and theoretic mechanics and have made detailed analysis of configuration.Accessory and work-theory of LL-9 type centrifugal, and also analyzed the problems occurred in the course of local employing . LL-9 type centrifugal has limitations such as low disposal, small granularity range and so on .The main cause is that its scraper and basket are not designed logically and its area of coal crossing is small. On the basis of the study of the basket and helix scraper, we have improved their design .We add a prerevoler, minish the ascend angle of scraper to 20° ,reduce the heads to 4 ones ,and augment the interspace between scraper and the basket. Using solidworks plot software ,we draw a practicality picture of scraper and calculate the structure parameters.It has also calculated parameters including separate factors ,rotate speed and power-consumed of improved centrifugal. Base on LL3-9 centrifugal, we have improved it and made a prerevolver.We considered screen rev ,rev difference and preeotator these three factors and their two levels and made an locale orthogonal experiment in Xin -Zhuangzi coal plant. We have analyzed experiment results and got notable relations to dewatering effect .It establishes theoretical foundation for designing whole machine optimizingly and ascertaining parameters. |
