| Integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) is an important direction for coal-fire power generation in future. Hot coal gas cleanup is one of the key-technologies for the third generation IGCC, and dust-removal is an important aspect of it. Among several hot gas dust-removal technologies, according properties, status quo and current main issues, only granular bed filtration and rigid ceramic filtration can be used as coal gas cleanup of IGCC system. Compared with rigid ceramic filter, granular bed filter is more feasible on technique.In this thesis, the moving-granular-bed filter with electrostatic field was treated as research goal. The principle of filtering of granular bed filter was researched, as well as the promote act electrostatic field in the process of removal. The feasibility, that moving-granular-bed filter was used in hot coal gas cleanup of IGCC system was analyzed. A mini-type granular bed filter with a electrostatic field, which was used in normal temperature air filtration test was built. At the same time, a middle type moving-granular-bed with electrostatic was built, the test-bed was fit on a gasifier and used in hot coal gas filtration test. The normal temperature air filtration test was carried out, and the data of the test was analyzed. At last, a pressure balance model of circulation loop on moving-granular-bed was built, based the model, balance theory was analyzed.The result of research shows that moving-granular-bed filter is an efficient dust-removal equipment, and it can endure high temperature as well as be eroding-resistant. It is more feasible that moving-granular-bed filter is used to hot coal gas removal than other equipments are done. The dust collection efficiency and dust-classification collection efficiency are promoted obviously when a electrostatic field is equipped in the granular bed. An appropriate pressure balance model is helpful to design the equipment and to operate it. |
