Experimental Research On The Restaurant Wastewater Treatment By Coagulation And Filtration

This paper completely discussed the status quo of restaurant waste water pollution and the great influence of witch on national economy, people's body health and environmental safety and quality, pointed out that it was necessary and urgent to treat restaurant waste water. Through the analyses of domestic and foreign research of treatment to problems of restaurant waste water treatment technology, proposed the necessity and realistic signification to adopt coagulation-filtration treatment in restaurant waste water. so far coagulation-filtration treatment is one of the economic and effective technology in domestic. Based on the systematically analyzing the coagulation, filtration, micro-coagulation and filtration mechanism, the author carried on the laboratory research on restaurant waster water compared among the three technologies. In light of various water treatment processes, better solved the problems about choosing coagulator, throwing doses, throwing localities, throwing forms of coagulator, as well as compared the velocity gradient, filter material, the depth of filtering layer and filtering velocity. the result of experiment shows: the micro-coagulation and filtration has excellent efficiency and is more advanced than coagulation and filtration. especially, the PAC+PAM micro-coagulation and filtration treatment, with the PAC+PAM's dose of 15+3 mg/l,the stirring rate of 240s-1,the stirring time of 60s, the staying time of 10min, the filtering velocity of 7m/h, the filtering layer depth of 700mm and the adopted quartz sand's diameter d≤1mm,has a great COD removing rate of 94.11% and is not only feasible in technology but also remarkable in economic benefit. For settling the contradiction among the restaurant waste water gradual pollution, the imperfection of civil network of drains and the improving environmental standard of safety and quality, for providing the best choosing of technologies, technic support and design considerations to integration restaurant waste water processing facility, what's more, it can be used as an example by person of the same profession, therefore creates fine condition for preventing the micro pollution of water resource, promising the safety of water environment ,and has broad social returns and market applying prospect.
